The game will play and look better when you do (you need to exit to desktop to see changes effectively). So, I just spent 2,2 euro on fpsVR through Steam. Most importantly, it shows the GPU performance and CPU performance seperately, measured in frametime (ms). A frametime of 10ms would mean 100fps (1000ms/10=100 per second). If you run 90Hz you need to stay below 11.1ms frametime.
