I don't think 40 hours (plus countless hours passively while completing the other 13 fishing achievements ) trying to get a rare fish for an achievement is necessary and the drop rates are off. Perhaps adjust it so more weight is given for uncaught fish in the list or ... just adjust it. Its crazy rare. It's been over a year since I played wvw but id recommend a server that floats between t2 and t3, you got zergs, fun havoc groups and lots of roamers to fight. Most of the guilds are chill and fun fight with and against.
