WebOutlook has it's own "Notes" capability along with the "Calendar" and "Tasks". You could always copy the email, create a new "note" and paste it in there with your own notes. There might be a way to build a shortcut or rule to create a new "note" from an email as well. I use shortcuts to move mail to folders, mark as read, etc. WebNow, click on the New Note button on the top left side to create a new Sticky Note.
